Booking terms and conditions

Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are assigned a unique reservation number. Please refer to this number for any amendments or cancellations.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@amgchauffeurs.com

Transfers & Airport Transfers 

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. A cancellation invoice can be provided upon request.

One-Day Tours, Roadshows & Weddings 

Free cancellation up to 30 days before pickup.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of pickup are non-refundable.

 

Waiting Time

We understand that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond your control, which is why we provide a complimentary waiting period.

Airport Pickups

• 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment the plane lands.

• Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate, based on the current tariff.

 

All Other Pickup Locations

• 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time (even if the driver arrives early).

• If additional waiting time is requested, the next 15 minutes will be charged at €2 per minute.

• Thereafter, waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

 

No-Show Policy

• If the client fails to arrive at the designated pickup location, no refund will be issued.

• The driver will attempt to contact the client and/or the booking contact before leaving.

 

Booking Amendments

• AMG Chauffeur Services reserves the right to decline amendments made less than 30 days before pickup.

 

Pricing & Additional Charges

 

Guaranteed Pricing

• The price quoted at the time of booking is guaranteed, provided there are no itinerary changes.

• Any additional journeys or requests made on the day will be charged accordingly.

 

One-Way Transfers

• If a transfer is extended beyond the original booking, the new price will be calculated based on our additional stop pricing structure.

 

Hourly Bookings

• 20 km per hour is included in the hourly hire price.

• After the 4-hour minimum hire, additional time is charged per hour, starting 15 minutes into the next hour.

 

Tolls & Additional Costs

• Any tolls (motorway, tunnel, etc.) incurred during the journey will be charged at cost.

 

Late Night Fees

• A 20% surcharge applies to bookings between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

 

Vehicle Policies

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all AMG Chauffeur Services vehicles.

 

Liability Disclaimer
AMG Chauffeur Services is not responsible for:

• Flight delays impacting departure times.

• Weather-related delays.

• Theft or damage to passengers' belongings (unless caused by our staff).

• Traffic delays due to road accidents or congestion.

• Items left in vehicles (retrieval is at the passenger’s own risk).

 

Damage & Cleaning Fees

• Any damage or soiling caused by passengers will result in a charge to cover repairs, cleaning, and lost business hours while the vehicle is out of service.

Gratuities

• Gratuities are not included in the price and are at the client’s discretion.
